Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data finallybuilt.com processes, why, and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the personal data processed through this website is Digiteum Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Szafarnia 11/F8, 80-755 Gdańsk, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000866372, NIP 5833409796 (EU VAT: PL5833409796), REGON 387354235 ("Digiteum", "we"). FinallyBuilt is a service of Digiteum.
2. What we process, and why

We do not sell personal data. We do use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta pixel, but only after you accept them on the cookie banner. If you reject the banner or ignore it, none of them are set. The Cookie Policy lists them. Reading the site or the blog does not require an account, and nothing is stored on your device unless you accept. Our servers do keep an ordinary access log of the requests they receive, including your IP address, for a short rolling window; that is the "usage and technical data" row above.

Website hosting, DNS and email sending stay within the EU. Where your enquiry is received into our Microsoft 365 mailbox, and where analytics and advertising data is processed by Meta or Google, any transfer outside the EU is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. In Europe, analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them; outside Europe, where consent is not required, they load without a banner, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is always treated as a refusal. Wherever you are, if cookies are declined no data at all reaches Meta, and Google Analytics receives only an anonymous, cookieless count of the visit, with no identifier for you and nothing used for advertising. 4. How long we keep data
Enquiry data: for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we go on to work together, for the life of that business relationship. If nothing comes of it, we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Logs: kept for 90 days, for security, troubleshooting, and measuring how many people reached a page and where they came from.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Use the enquiry form or email fb@digiteum.com and we will respond within the statutory time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), or the authority in your own EU country.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (the site runs over HTTPS), hosted in the EU, and access to our systems is restricted.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. The date at the top always tells you when it was last touched.
