Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of finallybuilt.com (the "Site"), operated by Digiteum Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Szafarnia 11/F8, 80-755 Gdańsk, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000866372, NIP 5833409796 (EU VAT: PL5833409796), REGON 387354235 ("Digiteum", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. What this Site is

finallybuilt.com is an informational website about FinallyBuilt, our software product development service. You can read about what we do and send us an enquiry. The Site is free to use.

These Terms cover the Site, not the work. Any software we build for you is provided under a separate written agreement (a proposal and contract) that we agree with you before any work begins. Sending an enquiry does not create that agreement, and puts neither of us under any obligation to proceed.

2. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, please give accurate information. We use it to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not obliged to take on any project, and you are not obliged to go ahead.

3. Content and intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including the copy, the blog articles, the design, and the FinallyBuilt name and marks, belong to Digiteum and its licensors. You may read and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site to break the law.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Do not scrape, overload or misuse the enquiry form, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
  • Do not copy or reverse engineer the Site for a competing product without our written consent.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or withdraw parts of the Site at any time.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digiteum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Site is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any liability relating to development work is governed by the separate agreement for that work, not by these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. If we make material changes we will update this page and the date at the top.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for Digiteum's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local-law protections that may apply to you.

9. Contact
